Hello! I’m Sarah Rowe, one-half of The Rowe Team, your friendly neighborhood real estate duo. Born in the heart of Texas and raised under the wide skies of Tucson, AZ, my journey has taken me through beautiful landscapes and vibrant communities, finally planting roots in the warm heart of our community here. My upbringing in a tight-knit family taught me the value of unity, support, and hard work—values that Kyndel, my husband and partner in both life and business, and I bring into every real estate transaction we handle.

Kyndel and I first crossed paths while working at The Tea Room in Tucson's Tohono Chul Park, a meeting that would set the foundation for not just a beautiful partnership in life but also a dynamic collaboration in our professional lives. From crafting sandwiches side by side at Banner University Medical Center to navigating the complexities of real estate together, our journey has been one of shared goals, laughter, and the occasional friendly debate. Our decision to step into the world of real estate was born from our own experiences as first-time homebuyers. The challenges we faced, coupled with the realization of how invaluable a knowledgeable advocate can be during such a crucial process, ignited our passion to guide others. Specializing in assisting first-time buyers, we navigate the buying and selling landscape with patience, enthusiasm, and a wealth of knowledge, ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way.

Our commitment extends beyond the realm of real estate; it’s woven into the fabric of our community through our work with the Southern Arizona Children’s Advocacy Center, the Marana Chamber of Commerce, and our active participation in the Gladden Farms Community. Kyndel’s diverse career background, from the restaurant industry to trucking and now as a home inspector, combined with his love for our four-legged family members, brings a unique perspective to our team. Meanwhile, I indulge my love for learning through podcasts and movies, carrying on the family tradition of scary movie marathons and trivia nights. Together, as The Rowe Team, we’re here to make your real estate journey as smooth and successful as possible, with a little fun along the way!
